Terms of Use
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms cover use of the CodeHunterz website. A paid project starts only when you accept a written quote or statement of work. That document controls scope, price, and timeline. This page does not replace it.
The site is information
Service descriptions, guides, and examples explain how we work. They are not a promise of rankings, leads, revenue, or a particular launch date. Homepage plans show starting prices with a 20% launch offer. The final quote is written after a free strategy call. Sending a form does not reserve a time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, probe the site for vulnerabilities without permission, or submit information you do not have the right to share. The website checker accepts public http and https URLs only. Do not point it at a private network, at localhost, or at an address you are not allowed to request. We may ignore spam and abusive messages and may limit repeat checks.
Your content
You keep ownership of material you send us. You give us permission to use it to reply and, if we work together, to perform the project. We do not publish your name, your site, or a quote unless you approve that use.
Our content
The site design, copy, and code samples on these pages belong to CodeHunterz or its licensors. You may not copy the site and present it as your own. Project deliverables transfer only as the statement of work says. Accounts, domains, and repositories for your project are set up in your name when that is what we agreed.
No professional license
We are not your lawyer, accountant, clinician, or insurer. Pages about dental offices, law firms, and other regulated work describe software and marketing. They are not legal, medical, or compliance advice. Your own counsel reviews claims that your license requires.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages from using the site. A signed statement of work may set a different cap for paid work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to that agreement.
Law
These website terms are a general notice. The law that governs a project is the law named in the statement of work. If none is named, we will agree it in writing before work starts. We do not pick a state on this page because we do not publish an office address.
