Privacy Policy

CodeHunterz ("we") runs this website for US businesses that want websites, AI systems, and growth work. This policy explains what we collect when you browse the site or send a form. We do not publish a street address. Reach us at contact@codehunterz.com.

Information you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email, and message, and may include a phone number, a service, and a budget. The audit form asks for a website URL and the same contact fields. We use that information to reply and to prepare a quote. A hidden company field is a spam check. If it is filled, we discard the submission.

The form sends the message to contact@codehunterz.com through FormSubmit and stays on the page. If delivery fails, you can try again from the same form. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or medical records through the form.

The website checker

The free website audit at /free-website-audit asks for a public URL and nothing else. Our server requests that URL, reads the response long enough to report status, tags, size, and timing, and does not keep a copy of the HTML. If Google PageSpeed Insights answers, we also send that public URL to Google and show the figures Google returns. We do not add a score of our own. Rate limits and ordinary host logs still apply. Do not submit a URL you are not allowed to request.

Information collected automatically

The host may log IP address, browser type, and the page requested in ordinary server logs, used to keep the site reliable and to investigate abuse. We do not run a third party analytics script on this site unless we say so in an update to this policy. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

The site does not set advertising cookies. Your browser may store whatever it needs to load the pages. If we add a booking calendar or analytics later, we will describe it here before it collects data for a new purpose.

How long we keep messages

We keep inquiry email for as long as we are talking about a project and for a reasonable period afterward in case of a dispute. You can ask us to delete a message by writing to contact@codehunterz.com. We may retain what we need for security logs or a legal duty.

Sharing

We share form contents with FormSubmit, which emails them to us, or with Resend or a webhook when those are configured, and with people on the CodeHunterz team who need them to reply. We do not share them with data brokers. A payment processor is involved only if we later invoice you under a separate agreement.

Children

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you have the new version.
