AI Agents
We build agentic workflows for a defined job: a short sequence of steps against your tools, with limits, logs, and a human checkpoint.
The problem
An agent that can do anything is a liability. It will take a plausible next step that nobody asked for. Useful agents have a job, a tool list, and a reason to stop.
We design agents for bounded work such as triage, research inside a knowledge base, or assembling a draft from systems you name. If the task needs open-ended autonomy, we will talk you out of it.
What you get
Job definition
Inputs, allowed tools, and the outcomes that count as done or refused.
Tool wrappers
The agent calls your APIs. It does not get a password and a browser by default.
Checkpoints
Steps that pause for approval before a message is sent or a record is changed.
Trace
The steps the agent took on a given run, readable after the fact.
How the work runs
01
Write the job
One paragraph a new teammate could follow, including when to stop.
02
List the tools
Each tool has an owner and a permission. No tool, no action.
03
Test refusals
We spend as much time on cases the agent must decline as on cases it should finish.
04
Shadow, then allow
Early runs are recommendations. Writes are enabled only after you have seen the trace.
Stack
- Tool-calling model APIs
- Your internal APIs
- Queues for long runs
- Audit logs
Who it is for
- Teams with a repetitive multi-step task across two or three tools
- Support or research workflows that are documented but slow
- Product companies exploring an agent as a feature, with a narrow brief
